ShopeeFood Memberi Ganjaran Kepada Rakan Penghantaran Wanita Untuk Hari Wanita Sedunia | Sambutan ini adalah sebagai tanda penghargaan kepada sumbagan rakan penghantaran wanita dalam industri penghantaran makanan #shopeedeliverslove

Bersempena Hari Wanita Sedunia pada bulan Mac, ShopeeFood telah menganjurkan program istimewa bagi memberi penghargaan kepada rakan penghantaran wanita ShopeeFood di Lembah Klang. Acara ini dilancarkan dengan kerjasama beberapa jenama terkemuka seperti NIVEA, Marrybrown, Chatime Malaysia dan L'Oréal Malaysia. Hampir 60 rakan penghantaran wanita, bersama rakan-rakan mereka, telah mengambil bahagian untuk menyambut peristiwa istimewa ini.

Tambahan lagi, ShopeeFood juga telah menganjurkan program pembangunan kendiri, yang dihoskan oleh pakar sains sosial dan kemanusiaan, Profesor Dr Hadija Mohd, yang merupakan pengasas rangka kerja Personal Initiative Intelligence (PI-Q).

Rangka kerja PI-Q bertujuan membina kemahiran insaniah yang sangat penting dalam membantu rakan penghantaran untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja mereka. Justeru, pendekatan unik ini dapat memberi fokus kepada pembangunan kualiti dalaman individu seperti daya tahan, kesedaran diri dan juga empati.

Pada akhir program ini, rakan-rakan penghantaran ShopeeFood telah diberikan satu penilaian berdasarkan program PI-Q. Tiga rakan penghantaran yang mempunyai skor tertinggi telah dipilih untuk diberikan biasiswa pembelajaran di universiti yang terkenal untuk melanjutkan pembelajaran mereka. ShopeeFood telah memilih City Continued Education Centre sebagai penaja biasiswa pembelajaran ini, yang bernilai lebih daripada RM60,000.

Pada pendapat Kwa Yin Leng, Ketua Operasi ShopeeFood Malaysia, sambutan ini merupakan satu peristiwa penting untuk mengenali sumbangan para wanita di dalam industri penghantaran makanan.

“ShopeeFood ingin memberikan rakan penghantaran wanita kami persekitaran yang penuh sokongan supaya mereka berasa selamat dan dihargai. Kami sangat gembira untuk bekerja dengan pelbagai jenama terkenal untuk mempamerkan penghargaan kami terhadap rakan penghantaran wanita dengan cara yang lebih bermakna. Program pembelajaran ini akan membawa banyak manfaat dan juga akan memberi impak yang positif kepada kehidupan mereka.” kata beliau.

Selain daripada program pembelajaran kendiri, rakan penghantaran juga telah menyertai bengkel penjagaan kulit dan kebersihan diri yang ditaja oleh NIVEA. Dalam bengkel ini, pakar-pakar daripada NIVEA telah membuat demonstrasi tentang penjagaan kulit dan kebersihan diri yang bermanfaat kepada rakan penghantaran yang sering sekali terdedah kepada pelbagai jenis cuaca semasa melakukan pekerjaan. Pada akhir sesi ini, rakan penghantaran diberikan produk-produk NIVEA untuk menolong mereka dengan memulakan cara penjagaan kulit dan kebersihan diri yang baru.

Sebagai acara utama sambutan ini, ShopeeFood telah menganjurkan satu panel perbincangan yang juga telah disiarkan secara langsung dalam aplikasi Shopee dan juga media sosial ShopeeFood. Perbincangan menarik ini membawa tiga wajah terkenal di Malaysia untuk kongsi pengalaman mereka dalam melalui cabaran hidup dan perjalanan mereka menuju ke kejayaan. 

Para panelis adalah:

  • Datuk Shalin Zulkifli, merupakan seorang pemain boling profesional dan bekas atlet negara yang telah mewakili Malaysia selama 28 tahun dalam pelbagai persaingan antarabangsa. Pada masa kini, beliau telah pun memegang 5 gelaran kejohanan sedunia. Beliau juga merupakan penyokong vokal untuk hak kesaksamaan jantina.
  • Nandini Balakrishnan, merupakan seorang pengaruh media sosial dan producer video yang bekerja dengan syarikat media terkenal di Malaysia. Dia telah menulis secara meluas tentang diskriminasi dan kerja beliau telah ditampilkan di pelbagai penerbitan antarabangsa. Pada tahun 2021, Nandini telah diberi anugerah Women of The Future Awards Southeast Asia dalam kategori seni dan budaya.
  • Natasha Helwa Binti Ramlee, merupakan seorang usahawan wanita dan peniaga ShopeeFood. Beliau merupakan anak sulung kepada tiga beradik yang mengasaskan restoran Tiga Budak Gemok. Mereka bermula daripada kecil dengan mendirikan gerai di bawah pokok dan kini restoran Tiga Budak Gemok telah pun berkembang pesat dan boleh dijumpai di lebih daripada enam negeri di Malaysia.

Sebagai pengakhiran program sambutan Hari Wanita Sedunia ShopeeFood, rakan penghantaran menjamu selera dengan makananan yang ditaja oleh Marrybrown dan Chatime Malaysia. LOCAL MERCHANTS LEAD THE WAY FOR OTHER ENTREPRENEURS TO SUCCEED | ShopeeFood enterprise businesses share their inspirational stories of resilience and growth

Growing a business in the food and beverage (F&B) industry is not an easy feat, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
