Tanpa visual sensasi atau skor dramatik, teaser ini memilih pendekatan yang terkawal dengan bergantung sepenuhnya pada keheningan, jeda masa dan satu suara kecil yang merayu, terasa menghimpit dan sukar diabaikan. Dalam masa yang sama, bintang Hollywood, Brad Pitt dan Joaquin Phoenix, turut terlibat dalam projek ini sebagai penerbit eksekutif.

Paired with the positive message of “All Right, Kudada” it symbolises moving forward with confidence and smiles after a year of challenges.
“All Right! Kudada” Chinese New Year album: Timeless Melodies for a Joyful New Year
On the musical front, Astro once again collaborated with Multimedia to jointly produce the 2026 “All Right! Kudada” Chinese New Year album, helmed by acclaimed producer Ang Chee Ciang. Built around the creative theme of travelling through time, the album weaves together the ancient, modern and future eras to create a distinctive festive music narrative.
Featuring more than 60 artists, this year’s campaign also introduces the “Kudada Digital Album”, which includes three festive tracks and exclusive behind-the-scenes content, offering fans a modern way to treasure their New Year memories. Highlights include:
- Main Theme Song: “万事All Right酷哒哒 (All Right! Kudada)” – modern-day reunion backdrop, lively star ensemble, music video follows “Journey of a letter” symbolising blessings across generations. Watch the music video here!
- Second Track: “Alright年 (Alright Nian)” – set in ancient times, artistes as martial arts heroes, blends traditional melodies with festive rhythms, rich costumes and New Year elements.
- Third Track: “灯笼挂在火箭上 (Deng Long Gua Zai Huo Jian Shang)” – futuristic theme with tech-inspired visuals and beats, symbolising innovation and limitless possibilities.
- Surprise Track: “三星拱照 (San Xing Gong Zhao)” – fuses electronic sounds with modern rhythms, conveys courage and resilience, revitalises traditional blessings. This track features a special appearance by Hong Kong artiste Lai Lok Yi.

Festive Fun On-Air and On-Ground
Starting January 2026, Astro will kick off its Chinese New Year roadshow, bringing artists closer to fans with festive greetings and exclusive giveaways. From 9 February to 11 March 2026, Astro will launch the KUDADA 酷哒哒 (CH 100) Pop-Up Channel, featuring curated movies, dramas, and documentaries for the festive season. Kuala Lumpur, 29 Disember 2025 – Program realiti pencarian hos baharu, Malaysian Host Wanted, terus mencuri perhatian apabila episod kedua menyaksikan hanya enam peserta terbaik daripada sepuluh berjaya melangkah ke peringkat final. Enam finalis yang terpilih ialah Ceddy Ang, Meyra Khan, Fimie Don, Daniel Cheang, Nina Amin dan Keanu Azman.
Episod kedua yang berdurasi satu jam ini memberi fokus kepada perjalanan salah seorang finalis, iaitu Ceddy Ang, dalam menghasilkan sebuah episod pilot atau episod percubaan bagi rancangan terbitannya sendiri berjudul “Dr. Foodie”.
Dalam rancangan ini, Ceddy Ang tampil sebagai pengacara utama menerusi watak unik Dr. Foodie, seorang hos yang ‘mendiagnosis’ permasalahan sesebuah restoran. Dalam episod pilot ini, Dr. Foodie menerima aduan mengenai sebuah restoran yang menawarkan hidangan lazat, namun kurang mendapat sambutan dalam kalangan pelanggan.
Bersama artis jemputan, Marsha Milan, Ceddy Ang turun padang ke restoran berkenaan bagi meneliti, mengkaji dan menyiasat punca sebenar mengapa restoran tersebut kurang dikunjungi meskipun kualiti hidangannya mendapat pujian. Pendekatan investigatif yang santai namun informatif menjadi teras utama konsep rancangan Dr. Foodie.
Sepanjang 30 minit pertama, penonton dibawa menyelami sisi belakang tabir perjalanan Ceddy Ang sebagai penerbit dan pengacara, merangkumi proses perancangan konsep, cabaran produksi, sehinggalah proses penggambaran episod pilot Dr.Foodie. Segmen ini menyingkap realiti sebenar usaha, komitmen serta tekanan yang dihadapi oleh para finalis dalam membuktikan kelayakan mereka sebagai hos profesional.
Manakala 30 minit seterusnya menampilkan tayangan penuh episod pilot Dr. Foodie, diikuti dengan sesi tontonan dan reaksi daripada barisan juri serta panel jemputan. Episod ini dinilai oleh hos dan juri tetap Sherry Alhadad, bersama dua juri profesional berpengalaman, Datuk Aznil Haji Nawawi dan Awal Ashaari, selain pandangan serta kritikan membina daripada rakan-rakan wartawan industri hiburan.
Episod kedua ‘Malaysian Host Wanted’ bukan sahaja menguji kebolehan mengacara, malah menilai keupayaan finalis Ceddy Ang dalam mencipta kandungan yang relevan, menarik dan bersifat komersial untuk tontonan televisyen masa kini. ‘Malaysian Host Wanted’ Episod 2 menjanjikan pendedahan eksklusif yang sarat dengan emosi, cabaran sebenar dunia penerbitan serta kritikan jujur daripada barisan pakar industri. Satu episod yang wajib ditonton oleh peminat rancangan realiti dan pencinta dunia pengacaraan tempatan.
