Silicone Sponge Vs Beauty Blender
Monday 26 February 2018
Due to reaching expiry date of my makeups and I've bought a silicone sponge last week, so I saja nak try best ke tak silicone sponge ni sebab ramai yang kata lagi best guna silicone sponge. since its my first try, I just bought it at Mr. DIY since its cheaper just cost me ermm RM2.90 lol cheapskate.
Okay, so this is my silicone sponge
Silicon sponge ni comel & lembut. Rasa macam nak picit sampai pecah je. Best main penyek-penyek dekat muka sebab lembut. So I try guna silicon ni apply BB cream and it turns out tak boleh nak dab macam beauty blender so its kind of awkward sebab dah biasa dab. Boleh wipe here and there. Kalau dab pun dia tak bagi effect apa pun. Sangat comot and sangat tak diserap masuk. Boleh nampak pores dekat kulit and it turns out buruk gila. I don't think a picture is needed sebab teruk benar muka.
Then letak contour and highlight tapi sebab base tak cantik, it turns out tak cantik bila kita dab. Bahagian mata paling susah sebab bentuk dia lebar. Sangat tak berkesan dekat bahagian mata. Kucar-kacir cari beauty blender and dab macam biasa. Blend semua contour and highlighter tapi bila base tak cantik, hasil blend pun macam apa entah. Alang-alang dah makeup, selfie lah apa lagi. Plus nak try teknik selfie guna langsir + matahari tapi tak menjadi sebab matahari dah nak tenggelam. Bayang-bayang pun dah tak wujud dah.
Idk if different silicone sponge will give different effect since I guna yang murah tapi tengok dekat Youtube pun kejadiannya sama je. Memang tak menyerap sangat macam beauty blender sebab tak boleh dab. Tapi yang bestnya guna silicone sponge ni, senang sangat nak basuh and cepat je kering tak macam beauty blender. Lama nak basuh and nak keringkan. Kalau kasar sikit dah terkoyak dah. Bila cuci pun tak bersih sangat. Dah la mahal.
But comparing how effective both works, I definitely choose beauty blender sebab bila dab nampak cantik helok je. So you guys prefer guna silicone sponge or beauty blender kalau apply makeup base?
